I just got one of those MUST SHARE links from a friend so here it comes. But first a little flashback.

 

 
I remember one of my first creative mentors (she was from the design side) at my first agency job, explaining “brand” to me this way:

“Think of brand as being like a company’s packaging. If it’s outstanding it will make someone want to open that package.”

That made as much sense as any other explanation I’d heard for what a brand is. That said, how well is your organization’s packaging working for you? Does it make people want to open the package?
