While it’s true that much of that power is fueled by Red Bull (he has a fridge next to his desk), it’s also fueled by his 30+ years of marketing expertise in various executive bank marketing leadership positions. Clapp is outspoken about his love of family and anything Ohio State football, but more quiet about some of his hidden talents: He can whistle without making it look like he’s doing the whistling. A ventriloquist whistler? He’s inspired by making a difference, big or small, in the lives of others and loves watching “Gold Rush” on the Discovery Channel, though he admits MarketMatch and its employees are his own personal gold strike.

Favorite Music: Any classic rock, especially AC/DC.

Aaron Gregerson

EVP, Chief Operating Officer

Aaron provides strategic vision, planning, content marketing and digital expertise for MarketMatch clients. “I like trying to get inside the consumer’s head and figureing out how to connect the big-picture strategy to the individual,” Aaron says. “Then, I like to find just the right level of sneaky to have the client’s brand appear everywhere to make the sale and get results.” When he’s not working on digital strategy or spending time with his family, Aaron enjoys getting out to run some miles and train for half marathons. As fanatical about marketing strategy and digital marketing as he is about his 10+ pairs of running shoes, Aaron always makes sure he finds solutions that are the right fit for his clients.

Favorite Music: 80s and 90s rock/pop, which is sadly becoming “classic rock.”

Favorite Saying: The reason tomorrow was invented is to finish what we didn’t do today.

Debbi Offenberger

SVP, Client Management, Media Director

Debbi is a consummate juggler, managing media needs and projects for MarketMatch clients. She loves the beach but not the sand and wishes that “someone would just put a hotel pool on the beach already.” She loves going to Key West and anywhere else where there is warm weather and live music. These days you can find her either at the gym or on the pickleball court or hanging out with her four-legged friends Dixie and Annie, both rescues from the local Humane Society.

As our director of creative services, Kari brings a diverse mix of experience to the table: well-developed skills in design leadership, creative marketing, and brand presence. She is recognized for executing innovative creative strategies, branding, and campaign development to drive brand awareness and engagement. Her love for design started with a dream of becoming an interior designer, and to this day she draws inspiration for her beloved DIY projects from HGTV and Pinterest. Kari’s days usually begin with a workout and end with a walk accompanied by her dog Luna, a Shiba Inu. She also enjoys relaxing with a favorite show like “Mayor of Kingstown” or “House of the Dragon” and music videos. With a name like Wolf, it’s no surprise that she’s very pack oriented. Naturally we’re glad she’s now a part of our pack!

He has over 30 years of ad agency experience writing for B2B and B2C clients. He credits stand-up comedians such as George Carlin and classic comedy like Laurel & Hardy and Abbott & Costello for turning him on to the power of word play, which he uses every day on the job. “That whole ‘Who’s on First’ bit really blew my mind. For the better,” he says. When it comes to life’s staples, he loves Mexican food (the more cilantro the better), craft beer (especially highly hopped IPAs), and reading and writing poetry. Someday, he would like to live by the ocean again, the Pacific, which he fell in love with as a boy.

Melanie is a Traffic Manager and senior graphic designer with more than 19 years of design and production experience. Throughout those years she has worked with clients in the legal, food, and amusement park industries. Her flair for creativity and unique approach to clients’ marketing challenges yields exciting yet thoughtful designs and creative solutions. For fun she collects bird Christmas ornaments, does Pinterest crafts, and names all her plants.

When Josh isn’t designing for work, he’s designing for fun. In other words, HE LOVES DESIGN. In fact, there is some speculation that he designed his “stache” using Cinema 4D. A graduate of The Modern College of Design in Ohio, Josh’s passion is creative problem solving through digital design. For some, the world is one big canvas. That would be Josh. “I’m always looking for something new to inspire my next design. In my free time, I design posters, shirts and stickers—lots of Star Wars, Marvel and DC stuff—and sell it on Etsy,” says Josh. Oh, and here comes the obligatory pun: The force is with him, and we’re grateful he’s with us. His talent and passion plus up the MarketMatch team in a big way. At home, he hangs with a cheerful menagerie of animal companions: three dogs (Liam, Sofia and Felix); Diego the cat; and five ducks. Each named Duck.

Jennifer Schlueter

Director of Communications and Proofing

She’s been wrangling them into place as a writer and editor for over 20 years. When not clarifying communications, she’s most likely communing with nature, as she’s happiest being active and outdoors. Jennie holds a BA in English and Spanish and an MA in Spanish Literature. Having recently received certification as a Spanish>English translator from the University of Massachusetts Boston, she has more time for reading and freelance translation. Most days you’ll find her at the Buros Center for Testing, at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where she’s an editor for several research volumes in English and Spanish.

Jaci Fitzgerald

Digital Content Manager

Jaci wanted to be a teacher when she grew up, and in a way, she is: Our clients learn a lot from her digital marketing acumen and insights. She graduated with a marketing degree from Miami University in 2023—in just three years—and brings that same drive and ambition to succeed to her role as MarketMatch’s digital content manager. She works closely with our clients and their digital content creation and strategy to increase their ROI. Jaci (pronounced Jackie) works alongside our COO, Aaron Gregerson, to assist with any client needs.

Jaci loves to travel, including  time travel (when it becomes available) or a week in her favorite hot spot Puerta Vallarta, Mexico. When she’s not collecting digital data for clients, she collects cups, mostly tumblers and travel cups. “My two favorites are my 40-ounce Stanley in the color driftwood and my Starbucks summer 2020 color-changing cold cups!”

When Andrea was younger, she swore she would never become a graphic designer because it would be “boring rearranging words all day.” Yet here she is designing away years later and loving every minute! She is passionate about branding and packaging design but is eager to try anything and everything. Andrea recently graduated valedictorian from The Modern College of Design, and her freelance work includes a variety of projects including website design, posters, and creating poker chips. When she is not at work, Andrea enjoys reading fantasy or dystopian books, working out, and spending time with her family and friends. Andrea’s happy place is out in the sun with a good book in her hands. On the days when it’s too cold to go outside, you can find her with her pit bull Sylvia, who loves to snuggle and eat snacks.

Digital Services Intern

Madie puts the pep in Peppo and the sunshine in every room she enters. Her goal every day is to make everyone smile.  By day, she’s a full-time marketing student at Miami University; by night, she’s either swaying in her hammock or laughing with her best friends. She’ll belt out every word to a Taylor Swift or Mt. Joy song without missing a beat, and she is never without her kazoo. An unapologetic fan of “How I Met Your Mother,” she also adores her French bulldog, Leia, who’s got just as much personality as Madie.
