River Valley Credit Union decided that a slight brand refresh was needed to move the credit union into the next decade. This project entailed revamping the credit union’s website, updating the look, feel, and tone of the brand, and creating a new brand standard manual.
As a result of this project, there was a need to generate brand awareness in our market in order to connect the old RVCU brand with the new, as well as attract our new desired audience. This robust campaign took on life not only in the credit union’s advertising and promotional content, but also with the RVCU staff and updating branch materials. This project was also a winner of the CUNA Diamond Award.
